Privacy policy

Information we receive

When you place an order, book a vehicle, create an account or send us a request, we receive: first and last name, phone, email, delivery address and, for a rental, your driving licence number.

How we use it

Only to process your order or booking, to contact you (phone, WhatsApp, email) and for our accounting. It is never sold or shared for advertising purposes.

How long we keep it

Orders and invoices are kept for the period required by law. Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after 12 months. You can delete your customer account at any time.

Payments

No bank card number is stored on the website. For Mobile Money payments, we only keep the transaction reference.

Cookies

The website only uses the cookies needed for it to work (cart, account login, language) and anonymous visit statistics. No advertising cookies.
