Delivery in N’Djamena

The price is shown in the cart before you confirm your order. Delivery within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). For drums and large quantities, the lead time and price are confirmed by phone.

On receipt

Check your order in front of the delivery person. If a product is damaged or does not match, report it immediately.

Returns and exchanges

• You have 7 days after purchase to return an unopened, unfitted product in its original packaging, with the invoice.
• Not accepted: opened oils and fluids, tyres that have been fitted or driven on, electrical parts already installed.
• If the mistake is ours (wrong or faulty product), the exchange is free.
• After checking the product, we offer an exchange, a credit note or a refund (cash or Mobile Money).
